If you havent tried Pizza Cafe next door to us, you need to! Not only is the food amazing but George is such a nice man! He just surprised us with Donair pizza for lunch!

CJ's will be closed tomorrow (Friday the 3rd) until Monday the 7th for a much needed break. We will be back on Tuesday September 8th, refreshed and ready to groom! Have a wonderful, safe long weekend!

CJ's is happy to introduce Brittany, our new grooming assistant, and groomer in training! She joins our family friendly establishment with Madison our new bow and bandana technician, and Emmett, our entertainment coordinator. Brittany has been a long time friend, and we have known her for many years. We are so happy to have her and her family with us.

Bowden Place Market is now accepting applications from enthusiastic vendors who have a genuine interest in bringing their products to market to sell on a weekly... basis. You must be committed to coming every weekend and/or have someone come in your stead. All products must be clean, in new condition (no chips, cracks, breaks or missing parts). We are not a yard sale or Thrift Store, however, you are welcome offer antique/vintage Items, memorabilia ie Disney, M&M, collectibles (the list could be endless). Product lines are also welcome as are homemade and handmade goods. Baked goods are welcome as long as you comply with Alberta Health Services rules and regulations. We are planning to reopen the market on June 6, 2020 at 10:00 am providing the pandemic curve remains flattened and it is safe for our vendors to return to the market. They are bright, colorful and fun. That is my whole point of this design! Puppies looking for a foster and/or permanent home! This adorable pair of sisters just arrived in Alberta from Mexico. They were dug out alive from under a bui...lding by a kind soul who then had the injured one treated by a vet, had them both neutered and immunised so they could enter Canada and brought them home. However, he can't really look after them. If I didn't have already have a dog, I would take them in immediately. As you can see, they travel well in a car and they really need to stay together. If you have a kind soul and are able to help, please send me an e-mail or call (facebook messenger can go unanswered for some time as I don't log in every day) and I'll give you their current caregiver's contact information.

While everyone is self isolating, don't forget to brush your dog at home! Try to get down to the skin with a brush or comb. If you dont want to brush the whole dog, try to at least get the trouble areas like behind the ears, around the collar area and the inner thighs.
