Today is World Kindness Day! Our residents were given the opportunity to write their positive thoughts on an ornament and hang it from our "Charlie Brown" tree to share with each other. The kind and inspirational words gave us all a much-needed lift! Stop by our "free compliments" corner and choose a tag for yourself, or for someone you know that could use a smile!... Wishing our community a kind and happy day!

On Remembrance Day, we honour the brave men and women who fought to defend our freedom. We are proud and privileged that some of them choose to call Bowmanville Creek home! At today's heartfelt ceremony, our residents shared their sentiments and a reading of In Flanders Fields. We heard Last Post, observed a moment of silence, and a listened to a beautiful letter written by a lost cousin of one of our residents from 1944 (Thank you for sharing this with us Connie!) Lest we forget.
