We'd like to belatedly remember the passing of longtime Bowness Beekeeper Lynn Newman. He kept bees for decades in Bowness, and kept bees in Calgary longer than any other Calgarian. His favorite beekeeping book was "The ABC and Xyz of Bee Culture" a book that he kept close at hand and took joy in reading.
