Bowtie Auto Parts Store & Restorations is looking for a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Greet all customers and answer the phones in a polite and timely manner Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Follow up with all customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.... Process customer and shop orders, backorders, and quotes on a daily basis. Maintain showroom inventory and cleanliness Qualifications: Auto Parts knowledge Minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience with auto parts. Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
