Hi Bow Valley Baptist Church family! We need your help! We are looking for more volunteers for the Highway Clean-up Project that Bow Valley helps with annually. Originally we were on the waiting list for 4 years and have now been doing this for over 10! If we dont participate in this project, other organizations will push us out of our spot and we will be put onto a 5 year waiting list.... We currently have a 13km stretch of highway to clean up but it takes approximately 2-3hrs maximum. All this for $750 that goes straight to our youth ministry right here at Bow Valley! Currently we have 5 people, and we are looking for at least 15-20. Please reach out to Jeff Ryan @ 587-583-5363 so that we know how many people can make it to the event! Meeting place is @ Bow Valley Baptist Church this Saturday at 8:00AM. Thank you for your service! -Youth Leadership Team

Join us in-person this Sunday! A quick reminder as our attendance numbers increase, that the guidelines we have in place are to help protect you and those around you. With the privilege of gathering together as a church, comes responsibility and we continue to ask that you read all guidelines before registering and attending, as well as completing the self-assessment. To be able to worship in our church building, we have formed some guidelines for us that are based on the g...overnment of Albertas recommendations found here: https://open.alberta.ca//covid-19-information-guidance-for We are requesting you complete a self assessment prior to coming found here: https://myhealth.alberta.ca//Pa/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx -We know you love to sing, but we ask that you keep it to a quiet hum. -Parents are to keep their children close to them and hold childrens hands who are 2 years and under. Please bring your own items to entertain your children. -We love to hug and shake hands, however we will have to keep it to a wave from 2 meters or a good hockey stick length away. The building is set up to encourage social distancing, so please respect that. -Our staff & volunteers will be wearing masks and we are asking to you to mask up to help care for each other. -If you enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea during worship time, please feel free to bring your own, but not enough to share around. Join us this Sunday! We will be continuing our in-person services in the church parking lot! There are a few options for everyone, as we want you to feel comfortable in whatever way you choose to join us for church! If you choose to join us in person, we will have two options. 1. Bring your own chairs, and sit outside in the parking lot, in a socially distanced manner (please park on the north side of the building). 2. Drive-in style, stay in your vehicle in an assigned ar...ea of the parking lot (south side, nearest to Husky) with the service being transmitted through the radio. As always, we will continue to have an online service, which will be available for you to watch by 8 AM on Sunday mornings. If you are joining us in person, we want to remind you that our staff & volunteers will continue to be wearing masks, and we ask that you mask up as well to help protect others. While we are outside, congregational singing will be permitted, but should we need to move inside, due to weather, we will have to continue with just a quiet hum. We kindly ask that you continue to register before attending our services. For the next few weeks, registration will have an option for either a drive-in style ticket or the outside seating area!
