Today is World Mental Health Day. At the Boy and Girls Club of Moncton, our trained team of staff mentors are here for you, to listen, to talk, and to provide important programs for young people. Our Medavie Blue Cross / Croix Bleue Medavie Reflexions programming, is one example. It's designed to provide creative outlets for self expression and the development of healthy coping mechanisms. It also continues to provide more and more virtual options as well, as we move through... these unprecedented times TOGETHER. 100% of children and youth surveyed report that, at the Boys and Girl Club of Moncton, they are learning how to feel good about themselves, and how to manage their emotions. They also report that, at the club, they have mentors they can trust. Please, if you are facing mental health challenges or struggling, remember, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We are here for you, and we also act as a referral agency to specializing community partners. Please, never hesitate to reach out. Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada #bgcmoncton
