As we approach the last four months of the year, many of us start to reflect on the last eight months. Some of us are preparing for back to school. Others are considering alternative solutions. Nonetheless, every decision we make needs to be backed up with a plan. It is not a enough to simply state our ambitions without a clear a step by step on how we will achieve our goals.
