From my family to yours I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and my 2020 be so much better. 2020 has been a year we will never forget. We all know the struggles people have faced this year and the heartache and loss of family/friends and jobs. It is the year the world changed forever. I want to send out my heart felt condolences to everyone who lost someone this year, no matter the cause of death, it was not an easy one, my family lost such a kind loving person this year an...d having to FaceTime our goodbyes was the most heart wrenching thing imaginable to watch my oldest child not be able to go hug her and kiss his nanny or visit her was beyond cruel. So I know how everyone who had to do the same feels. If this year has taught us anything it is to cherish every moment you have with the people you love and care about. I would like to reflect on the positive things that came out of this year, rather than the sad times. Parents are working from home and spending more time with their children, I especially think of the Parents who are always working or travelling for work and actors and singers, who are finally home getting to spend some much needed time which their kids who’ve missed them so much. How even though we are all so separated and apart we are closer than ever, by coming together to try to stop the spread of the virus and to protect others from it. Italians singing from their balconies to spread love and joy. New Yorkers and other cities coming together and clapping for all their healthcare workers who are doing their best to help the sick and dying. When they are exhausted, tired and not able to go home and hug their families for fear of contaminating them. My wish for 2021 is that we can get back to as normal as possible. But that we don’t loose sight of all the valuable lessons that 2020 taught us of being kind and caring and being there for those who are the most important ones to us. Once again Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.
