Sea of Sand I dreamt of capturing the waves crashing against the walls of MSM, but unfortunately the tide was not in our favour. Instead we were greeted with a sea of sand that reached as far as the eye could see!

The Matterhorn of BC It might look calm, but Alex was battling extreme winds to stand on this rock without being thrown off (or lose her beanie). We tried taking shelter behind a few trees before getting waaay too cold to stick around any longer.

Golden Glow A long day of rain washed away our hopes for a sunset by the coast, but we figured we’d head out for the drive anyway. Turned out to be perfect conditions at this iconic location!

Autumn begins in Bavaria Smooth sailing across Königssee on this perfect little ferry. We even stopped halfway for the skipper to play a trumpet, hear it’s echoes bounce off the mountains!
