A simple tip to radically transform your energy: If you struggle to get up to a peak level of energy in the morning it’s probably because you are dehydrated. The body loses a lot of water when we sleep. If you rehydrate immediately after waking up it will wake your brain and body up quickly. By starting your day hydrated you will also be more likely to maintain that energy. This isn’t just a sip of water. One full glass immediately after waking up will have a massive impact on your morning. If you consistently have energized, productive mornings you will notice a significant impact on your life, all from a glass of water.

If there is one area of life you need to work on it is your intimate relationship! Why? Because you have to spend your entire life with that person. Your spouse should be your best friend! 1. Consciously meet your partners needs. If you don’t know what those needs are, I recommend finding out. 2. Take 100% responsibility for the quality of the relationship. ... 3. Tell them you appreciate them. Don’t settle for a stale relationship!

Is being stressed helping you with the obstacle in front of you? Or is it just taking up space in your mind and draining your energy? There is a time and a place for some level of stress in our lives, but the majority of people allow stress to walk all over them, consuming their thoughts and impairing their decision making. Chronic stress can almost be called a self-induced disease. Every time our minds are overrun with feelings of frustration, worry, or fear, the brain's res...ponse to stress is physiologically weakened, making it easier for the next stressful situation to have more of an impact on us than necessary. The compounding effect of poorly handled stressful events can have an extremely negative effect on our body and mental well-being. Anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and a long list of other diseases can all be attributed in some part to stress. Luckily for you, the effects of stress don't have to lead to mental illness, terrible energy, or poor performance. If you have been struggling, it doesn't have to stay that way. Will overcoming the mental barriers in front of you be easy? Probably not. But will it be the most rewarding thing you ever do in your life? I absolutely guarantee it. I'm a believer that if you aren't right on the inside, nothing will seem right on the outside.
