Rate update! A bit of a jump up for insured fixed rates this week but variable rates are still low. And even compared to a year ago at this time, rates are way down.

Happy Friday! New rate update! With Bank of Canada claiming that rates should stay low until at least 2023, it might be worth considering a variable rate mortgage for the time being and locking into a fixed rate if and when rates start creeping back up. Let's talk mortgages!!
