Burnaby North continued it's Seller's market across all three property types in October 2020, however sales slowed slightly compared to September. There was strong demand for detached homes priced below $2M in October with a Sales-to-Active Listing Ratio of 54.5%, while homes priced above $2M experienced a Buyers' Market at 15.8%. The Condo Market too is price sensitive. Condos priced below $900K experienced a Sellers' market with a Sales-to-Active Listing Ratio of 24.0% whil...e only 3 home of 36 listings sold last month, or a Sales-to-Active Listing Ratio of 5.7%. Condo listings continue to accumulate were 42% higher than October 2019 . Homes priced $900K to $1.5M hit a high Sales-to-Active Listing Ratio of 44.2%. Homes priced $1.5M-$2M witnessed 33%, and for homes price $2M+ it was a Buyer's Market at 12.6%.
