I recently made another gate for my customer, that I had previously refurbished they’re old one. They wanted this one to look similar because it is close to where the other one is located. It turned out really nice and made the corner of their property look awesome!

I recently had to make a steel chair to match the brand new set of wood ones we got to go with our new table I made. I needed to do this because my autistic son is a big boy! Hes 18 now and about 350 pounds and loves to test furniture to see its durability, I can tell you that he always wins! So I wanted to make a steel chair that would match our set and will never break. This is what I came up with and colour matched it so its very hard to tell the difference from the steel one to the wood one. It works great and my son loves it!

So I just got done a project for myself, on our back deck they just had wooden shutters that were all individual and they were starting to warp and not be able to turn anymore. So between my wife and I we came up with these designs and I made everything out of 1/8 aluminum , drew on the designs and hand plasma cut them out. Then made them all link together so they work like shutters should. We got them all powder coated so these babies should last forever!

A while back I took this old broken down door off of a customers backyard pool area and fixed it all up to make it look brand new again. We made a whole new framework around the outside of the door, new hinges, planned, sanded, stained and polyurethane the wood so it looks beautiful and will last a long time in the weather. Turned out awesome.

Helped a buddy out with his exhaust on his V-Star. He bought all the bends and the straights, then we cut them , fit them on and I welded it all up. Turned out awesome for a full custom stainless exhaust

We made some planter boxes for a customer of mine, we had to find some old rusted barn siding and made a new angle iron framework then tack the sides in. They turned out awesome with that rustic look

We ended up making a new dining table for our house, the base is rusted steel and clear coated while the wood is stained and polyurethaned pine. Turned out better than I thought, and my wife loved it! Brownie points for me! Lol

A few small things that I’ve done recently that took some time was for my buddies Dodge dart that hes building. He needed a centre consul to fit his shifter and to hold some drinks and a gauge. It turned out really nice but will look better once he paints it black to match the interior of the car. I also had to make a dash cluster for him out of aluminum to fit all the new gauges he wanted to use to update the car. Other things I do as well is fix props on boats, this one had quite a few chunks missing out of the fins and also was wore down quite a bit. I had to build it all back up buff it off and level it up. The customer said it increased his speed by 10 km at least, he was happy.

Made a sign for my buddy for his race team. All aluminum construction, 3 piece modular so he could paint different colours. Turned out better than we thought!

I recently made this custom designed wood holder with a top section for a succulent garden. I made to the customers design and the best part is that itll never rust! All aluminum construction , powder coated and ready to last forever!! It turned out awesome and my customers loved it!

I did this gate a few months back and I attached it to an existing childrens railing that I did last year. Its pretty tricky to get it to work because of all the angles I had to put it on. We were able to make it work like it should and it matched the existing railing perfectly. It also abide by fire code with having emergency push bar on it which is what the customer wanted.

We just got done this industrial railing for a building on its patio. We went galvanized and we had to go by engineered drawings to get this built. Turned out awesome and the customer was very pleased

A few Months back I made these in floor walkable aluminum window covers. They are fire code safe as they are just set in place so if someone needs to get out the basement window they can pop the cover out as they go. With a custom plasma cut design and powder coated finish these turned out awesome!

Heres a waggon wheel bench that I made for myself a while ago, had some old thick pine kicking around that I had glued together and stained. Turned out pretty sweet works great as a coffee table

One of my customers wanted a sign for their business but they wanted the rusted look but also to be nice and smooth.It was a challenge but it worked out better than I thought!!

Also got done some kick ass custom tables for an office workspace. My buddy Laing from Ground Roots made these gorgeous table tops, both are walnut, one is English and the other is California style. The x-frame base I made, the other base the customer currently had. The pictures dont do these tables justice, they are stunning. The customers were very happy!

Just made a work bench for a guy, turned really nice.

This is a 60/40 split gate that I made for couple at their house. Its a full aluminum powder coated gate with a Tetris themed design. With fully adjustable hinges, latch and drop bolt they will never rust as they are strong plastic and stainless steel construction. It turned out better than I had hoped and they loved it!!

I recently got this stairway railing done for this awesome couple who wanted the rod iron look but without the rusting factors,.....hence aluminum! I can make it look and feel like steel without the weight and rusting of steel. It turned out better than I had hoped and the customers were very happy!

Another project I did with the gazebos was the tables to go under them. Theyre 4x8 in size , all steel construction with the top being able to come off from the base. They are all sandblasted, primed, and powder coated so they will last in the elements!

I recently got done 2 gazebos for a customer and they turned out awesome! Theyre 11x9x9 all powder coated steel framed with a galvanized steel roof. These babies will last a long time!

Hey everyone, I havent posted in quite a while, not because I havent been working its been the opposite. Ive been doing a lot of jobs just not things to show on my page because theyre really boring ,like production work. Lol. So heres another gate that Ive made and it turned out awesome, as well as a window well cover and a fire pit cover with removable lid. All powder coated silver vein, and all aluminum construction. Everything is lightweight, very strong and on the pieces that are flush mount with the ground you can walk all over them , and on top of the design without anything happening to it. Customers loved it , so my job is done.! Lol

In conjunction with my friend Laing Davies from Ground Roots Carpentry we made this awesome one-of-a-kind dining table. Were using a 5/8 thick 2 x 3 plate for the base with custom-made hoops out of 1/8 steel sheet and a top frame to hold the wood that is removable for entry into houses, it turned out beautiful with the amazing top that Laing finished for it!

I helped a friend with a rad relocate on his quad. He had everything plumbed in and in place , I just had to do all the steel work. She turned out pretty good and itll definitely keep the rad safe!

This weekend I finished up installing railings on this beautiful old house, theyre second storey balcony. I made the main entrance railings 8 years ago and the new owners found out who made them and wanted me to make more. I didnt make the upper balcony corner posts, they are made out of thick plastic, but together with the railings it turned out awesome!! The owners were very happy.

I recently got this roof top platform done for a walk out on this house. The railing is the original wood one and they just re-finished it. I made the steel platform with a skylight and entrance door. In the summer they are going to put a trex deck down so they will have a beautiful view and sitting area for sipping wine on a warm sunset evening.

I recently made this aluminum childrens railing for a rooftop play area. Turned out awesome and the customer was very happy.

Today I finished up a small fence and gate. My customer had the wood posts, gate and rod iron already and wanted me to cement the posts in, set up the rod iron and install the gate with working hinges and a latch. It turned out better than I had hoped and they were very pleased!

Heres a railing that I built with the customer, he just needed me to do all the ironwork and he did the rest. It turned out awesome and he was very happy with it.

A buddy of mine wanted me to make a fishing derby trophy for his group of fishermen. I came up with this, all stainless steel with a spot to put a plaque and name plates. It turned out awesome with paint from Danno, and the brass plaques

I recently got another gate done and it turned out really good. The customer and I figured out the design , its a steel gate that is primed and powder coated black and looks great up against the house! Beautiful day for a bbq!

I just installed a custom railing into a 3rd storey on a house. The customer wanted a baby gate as well so I incorporated it in with the rod iron look. With a silver vein powder coat from Tuff powder coating, it turned out better than I had hoped.
