Calling all Super Moms and Super Dads, come practice yoga with our Baby yogis and learn soothing techniques that help with their sleeping patterns, digestion, constipation and aid their fine and gross motor skills. Practicing Yoga is important for kids for many of the same reasons it is important for adults. It teaches them how to be mindful to their surroundings, to their experiences and their own emotions. Improves children's Memory & Cognitive function through focus and concentration of both body and mind.
