Hi Everyone! Just a reminder, we are having a Trivia Night next Thursday November 24th from 5:30-8:00pm for anyone interested to meet our executive team and learn more about Brain Waves. A pizza dinner and lots of snacks will be provided! Brain Waves formerly called Brain Day, is a brain injury prevention program put on by Parachute that runs nation-wide across universities. We’re currently recruiting new student volunteers this year to join our program at UofT. Students present a half-day a mini neuroscience presentation to a grade 3-6 classroom somewhere near them in the GTA. Students can choose a partner they’d like to present with and can present as many times as they would like (even if it’s just once). Absolutely no neuroscience background or experience is required.
