For $20 you get a family sized portion of my baked pasta, the rich and filling sauce contains sweet sausage, ground beef, black beans, tomatoes and loads of herbs and spices. The pasta are topped with a blend of cheese and in under an hour you can have a no hassle dinner on the table. You can also freeze the pasta and it will last for up to three months. My Spicy Butternut Squash soup is a very different take on a fall classic. I always found that butternut squash soups were boring, so I decided to amp up the flavour by adding Indian spices like Cardamom, Cinnamon, Brown Mustard Seed, Star Anise and Cumin along with classic flavours like Nutmeg. I then bring the heat with locally grown ghost chilies. A spicy but not too spicy take on a classic.
