Hey guys! It’s been a while I know! But with everything going on in the world right now it’s been nice to take a step back and reflect on things! I’ve been taking time to educate my self on my white privilege and putting in the work to ensure I become actively anti-racist in my day to day life.... I’ve also been taking the time to figure out what my future looks like and taking the steps to help build the future life I want. What is something your doing this week that is impacting your future as well as the future of the world?

With this self isolation going on and being stuck indoors with loved one(s), don’t forget to take time for yourself! Now more then ever it is important to take time away from loved ones that your isolating with! Weather that be spending time in a nice bubble bath, reading a book in another room, or enjoying this nice weather and spending time outside. Make sure your taking time to step back and prioritize alone time!... It’s tough being around someone 24/7 and to ensure your relationships don’t suffer you need to make sure your both taking time to yourselves! What does your alone time look like with self isolating?

Today I’m taking a huge leap and doing something crazy nerve racking! I’m launching my blog! This is something I’ve been working on for months and I finally feel like I’m in a place where it’s something I can be proud of!
