Robert has over 25 years’ experience in the Over the Counter (OTC) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) categories, working with tier-one publicly traded organizations and privately held firms. Robert has extensive experience with both in-house and brokers in account management. He also has senior sales and field team leadership experience with Consumer Impa...ct Marketing (CIM), Cadbury, Kraft, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Boehringer-Ingelheim and Pfizer. Robert currently sits on the board of directors for Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest and has previously been involved with other community groups for many years. Scott does bring the desired and sought after mix of experience between corporate strategic planning and execution through to the front lines of area and stor...e management. Over fifteen years have been within the corporate environment for one of Canada’s most iconic and recognized multi-channel retail organizations. Scott has handled various categories from Children’s Wear and Women’s Accessories through to Household Hardlines and Furniture / Major Appliances. Because of this Scott has made the successful transition from corporate retail to the world of vendor management and third party clients. Through his career Scott has provided positive results through sales growth, building on opportunities, delivering on P&L performance and capturing market share while providing cost savings for his employer. Strong at leading cross-functional teams consisting of vice presidents, directors, buyers, category managers, internal departments and external partners. He constantly ‘hits the ground running’ with intensity and enjoys mentoring others through engagement, succession planning and accountability towards their personal career goals.
