Say hello to Lynne Miller! 2021 Brandon Area REALTORS Director. She has been in real estate for over 10 years with Sutton Harrison Realty now and specializes in acreage sales specifically North of Brandon. Her favourite place to hang out is on her own acreage with her husband Mike, and their two daughters Laney and Libby. As you can see on the picture Lynne has a passion for horses.

This is Zach Munn - 2021 Brandon Area REALTORS Treasurer. Zach has been with Royal LePage Martin-Liberty Realty for over 10 years serving Brandon and surrounding areas. He is married to Paige, a hair stylist in Brandon and together they have 5 year old Hadlee and 3 year old James. Zach runs a nonprofit with his friend Tyler Pearson - together they build and distribute dog houses for owned dogs in Northern communities - so far 200 dog houses have been delivered! He loves Manitoba especially places like Clear Lake or Lake Metigoshe. If Zach had to pick a lookalike to play him in a movie Shia LeBeouf would have to answer the call, if not he wouldn't mind Christian Bale or Denzel stepping in.

Say Hi to Warren Neufeld - 2021 Brandon Area REALTORS President Elect. He has been in real estate since 2011 serving the Portage La Prairie area where he also serves on the Community Foundation of Portage Board. He's been married to Nancy for 33 years, together they have 2 children (one of who also works in the industry!). In his spare time you can catch him on the greens or out on his motorcycle - a 2016 Indian Roadmaster in case you're wondering. In 2019 he toured around Northern Thailand on a motorcycle trip - how cool!. We have to wait until People Magazine announces their sexiest man alive next to know who will play Warren in a movie...can't wait to see who it is.

A big thank you to Darla Helena and Rebecca Ellchuk. These ladies are finishing out their time on the Board of Directors as we approach the year's end. Rebecca served as director for the 2019 and 2020 year, and Darla came on in 2017 and leaves us now as a past president.

A few weeks ago one of our members Michael Barrett was awarded the Brian M. Collie Award for Individual Achievement in Provincial Advocacy by the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Collie Award for Individual Achievement in Provincial Advocacy is Michael Barrett!... The criteria for this award includes: sustained participation in the Manitoba REALTOR Network (MRN); effectiveness in building relationships with a nominee’s Member of the Legislative Assembly and with community groups and other key stakeholders; initiative in advancing MREA’s advocacy efforts; and involvement in MREA’s strong contribution to federal affairs, including by joining and participating in the REALTOR Action Network, and by participating in meetings with Members of Parliament representing Manitoba. On behalf of all MREA members and staff, congratulations Michael!
