As much as we miss having parents in watching their gymnasts, for now we've turned the viewing area into additional usable space. The JO 3/4 girls had a great conditioning session up last night.

How are you doing? One of our goals as club has always been to develop really great people. We aren't solely focused on teaching gymnastics skills, we're helping to develop gymnasts as people. Staying healthy is not only for your body, it includes checking in on your mental health. We understand first hand that this is a difficult season. ... Hi Families! We hope you are all being Covid safe, we sure miss having you in our gym! That being said we wanted to offer something you could look forward to each week we can’t be together.... Starting the week of December 1st, our Instructional coordinator ‘Marilee’, will be presenting ‘Book Readings and Activities’ by Ms. Marilee! We will be offering free daytime and evening readings geared to different age groups and of course a little activity thrown in for good measure. Eagles Competitive Team FUNDAY (online) CHALLENGE #1! While our in house training is paused we're making the best of it by connecting on TeamLinkt and zoom! Hi Families, As of Monday November 2, PMH is moving into Orange Level Restricted. What does that mean for Eagles? The good news- not much changes for us! We've been operating at or above the Orange Level since the start of programs.... All Instructional families received an informational email to welcome them into Session #2 last week. Please look for it as some of our protocols have changed (where we will screen you before class.) We want to assure you we are extremely strict on COVID safety. Here are some of the measure we want to remind you of: Before entering the gym your Gymnast (and parent if required) will be asked screening questions and have their temperature checked. ALL participants (and staff) remain MASKED Throughout their class. Tumble Bugs need to try their best to keep masks on throughout. Viewing remains closed. Noted exception is our Tumble Tot program, parents viewing is spaced at 2m distance as well. There are visual cues throughout the gym of 2m distancing Between each and every group in the gym, we are sanitizing the entire space with our fogging machine. Sanitizing is happening frequently while groups are in the gym as well. Gymnasts and Staff are frequently hand sanitizing also. Our dressing room is off limits so please send your child with their suit on with something easy to change on their own. Please also send a bag for them to keep their clothing in. Remember: If you or your child are unwell (Cough, sore throat, fever, just not themselves) STAY HOME. If you or your child have been in contact with someone in a Red Zone STAY HOME. If you are awaiting a COVID test from anyone you know STAY HOME. We will work to find classes to make up lost time! We are a strong community and we are proud to continue to keep our members safe. We ask the same of you.

As a non-profit we rely on our Board of Directors to help guide our facility. We are looking to add members to our Board. If you are interested in hearing more about our Gym, it's operations and helping to shape our future please come and join us! The AGM is open to all. While we are in a "blank" programming week, it was time to celebrate our staff with some socially distanced Halloween fun! Safety is always our priority and we respected our 6ft distancing*, masking and hand sanitizing but relaxing as a crew in awesome costumes and laughing is just what we needed!! Games included: ...
