I would like to take this moment to remind clients of our Studio Covid-19 Protocols. Because we are a small studio, with only myself and Ashley as service providers, we appreciate that we are able to control our traffic. Ashley and I work opposite days to not cross clientele appointments. Our disinfection time is 1min each surface used or touched. This includes door handles, personal item bins, chairs, bed and table tops as well as anything else we notice have any contact w...ith clients or their personal belongings. We ask that on your arrival that you let us know via text or phone call, or by standing outside the doors where you are visible. You will not be allowed to come it while another client is still present in the salon. Please be courteous that we also need about 5-15min between appointments to clean, properly disinfect and set up. With our numbers rising in cases we have to make sure we are taking all steps and precautions to ensure your health and safety, as well as ours. Please remember; To not visit if you are displaying any symptoms that could be questionable to Covid -19 flu. To not visit if you have been in direct contact with a positive Covid-19 person. If you have travelled outside of Canada in the previous 14 days. Only 2 members of the same household are allowed in the studio for shared appointment times. At any other time only one person per service provider. We appreciate your help, understanding and co-operation at this difficult time. With 2021 fast approaching, I had to make some schedule and service adjustments moving into the new year. Unfortunately the pandemic has affected our economy in so many ways -Stronger disinfection protocols -increased costs and of course -loss of revenue and re-occurring business. ... As I have been very blessed over the years to have such a loyal clientele, I have not been spared from these issues. For the first quarter (January-March) I will be scheduling the following days; Monday 9am-8pm Tuesday 9am-8pm Wednesday 9am-8pm Thursday 9am-8pm These hours are temporary and I am hoping to back to my 5day availability for the second quarter. I will be reserving Fridays for overflow of extra bookings if needed, to pick up after a holiday Monday, or for reschedules if I am sick. I understand this is an inconvenience to some, but I am hoping that you will understand that this decision came as a hard one, and after the realization of the lower hours being booked in the week, The decision was inevitable. I have also had to adjust some price changes/implementations to help keep other prices leveled.
