All the principles we are looking at as part of our series "Do You Have What It Takes to Grow" are important but the one we are going to look at tomorrow might ...just be the most important. Those who skip these steps or just hydroplane over them never seem to experience the growth or change they are hoping for. They are not just the most important but also the most challenging.
