Brant Skills Centre 20.11.2020

Our popular Point of Sale and Customer Service course is back! We are combining live online lessons and in-person training to help you learn soft skills, customer service skills, and how to use a point of sale system. The course starts Monday, November 23 and ends Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Live lessons are held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.... Spots are limited to ensure social distancing measures can be followed. Must have a working device and access to internet to participate in live lessons. Social media is a way we can connect with others. It can also be difficult to learn on your own. We are here to help. Sign-up for our free Introduction to Social Media and work with our instructor Liz to learn and gain new knowledge and skills about Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will also learn about how to set healthy boundaries with social media and extra tools that can help you create and schedule posts.... Your learning can be personalized to the social media platforms you are interested in. During our Occupational Health and Safety Preparation program you will refresh or gain knowledge and skills to successfully complete five certificates of completion relating to relevant workplace health and safety topics including: S...lips, Trips and Falls, AODA, Infection Control, WHMIS, and Workplace Violence & Harassment.
