The Government of Canada has outlined new measures for International students who planned to come to Canada to study, but were unable to enter the country due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. These students can now complete their program online and remain eligible for their post-graduation work permit #PGWP! This new measure will apply to studies completed outside of Canada until December 31, 2021, counting towards the length and eligibility of a postgraduate work permit in t...he future. To commemorate the victims of Ukraine's January 8, 2020 plane crash, 34 of whom were professors and students from universities and colleges in Ontario, the Province of Ontario established this scholarship.
