School Update as of Dec 8th: After yesterdays announcements by the powers that be, we are unable to host Adult Jiu Jitsu classes. January 8th is the suggested timeline before we get anymore news regarding the return of Adult Jiu Jitsu classes. Kids classes however are allowed to continue as per ViaSport phase 2 guidelines which we will do. Yoga classes will be held by ZOOM and will be now offered to all paying members of the school in Jiu Jitsu as well. Yoga will be off...ered Monday 10am, Tuesday 5:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm and Yin Yoga on Friday at 6pm. I will be looking at adding some additional specialty classes like a Kettlebell for Jiu Jitsu class so stay tuned. Perhaps we can challenge ourselves to be better physically in this down time so that once reopened we don't miss a beat. Please DM us for the Zoom Passwords. Although this news is not what we wanted, we are determined to keep this school going and offering you a service while down. Let us know if you have any questions.
