Finally got some baking done last night! Made a focaccia and some roasted garlic and cheddar pull apart buns. Nothing beats baking at midnight!!

Hey Windsor peeps. Just a quick update. I am slowly getting everything in order and I'm hoping that by middle of next week I'll be able to provide you with some great fresh homemade breads. Stay tuned.

Leaving K/W hurts me. Going to miss my favourite produce farm. Had to make a roasted garlic loaf and roasted garlic buns with Italian herbs as my thank you. You always get what you give. And 100 Mile Produce always gave me the best.
Roasted garlic loaf with Italian herbs brushed on top. Rise wasn't perfect but the crumb and flavour were brilliant.
Covid-19 has affected me a lot. Moving the business to Windsor at month's end. Here's a couple things I've been up to. Roasted Garlic buns with Cheddar, Focaccia and a Whole Wheat loaf (score forgotten ). If anyone in the KW area is interested in a fresh homemade bread, please inbox, text or call me. Orders are being taken until June 25.
Weird times. Haven't been baking as much lately, but I got my butt in gear today and made some Focaccia. Much needed distraction from the world.
Today was quite the adventure. My first ever attempt at making Challah. I'm happy overall with the flavour, but I definitely need to work on my braiding. The dough itself was really smooth and nice to play with. I'll be making this again.
Love is cornbread. These are just basic cornbread. I love all the different ingredients and combos you can use. Jalepeño, cheddar, corn kernels, different herbs and seasonings. You can't go wrong with cornbread.

I try to eat as plant based as possible but love baking breads with any ingredients I can. These are some Cracked Pepper and Parmesan rolls I made for a friend for Xmas..
My slashing was a bit off unfortunately, but the SPA (top 2) and Dark Ale sours. Scoring aside the flavours were on point.
