These are par baked crusts with your choice of tomato, pesto or olive oil base. Available for delivery or pick up in boxes of 6. Keep in the freezer and top with your own toppings. $7 each no tax. I wanted to share an experiment with a new bread recipe today. Fire roasted garlic cloves and caramelized onion sour dough. Listen to that crust crunch! Hey neighbours! It’s a beautiful day to share these loaves just out of the oven! Craisin and pecan loaves, 750g, baked in our wood fired oven. Lots of flavour, best served dripping with butter! Still warm and packed ready for pick up. We are closed but the breads are in a tote at the front door of Bread Heads. Drop $8 in the can and enjoy! #kickasswoodfiredbread
For those who had asked about bread. We will have some of these for pick up this evening. These breads are made from a biga started on Monday, cold fermented all week and baked in our wood fired oven this afternoon. Just the basics, flour, water salt, and yeast. 800g, slight sour taste. Great for whatever you use bread for. Very limited supply. Still warm! Order on line pick up 5-8pm. Link in the bio. #kickasswoodfiredbread
Happy Friday! Just dropped off some par baked Veggie, Duke and Pepperoni pizzas @ambrosiacornerbakery get them while they last! bring home and finish baking at 400 for about 5 minutes.
