U15 Prep forward @berkley.gross with near perfect push up form. 6 second eccentric push up for improving upper body push strength: hover just slightly above the floor at the bottom of the movement. Perform max reps with good form. Watch for sagging back and leading with the head. Foot position will alter the difficulty of this exercise. Narrow base =harder. @eagleshockeyacademy
Getting high quality nutrients in by making your own homemade tomato sauce. Olive oil. Garlic. Celery. Shallot. Onion. Sauté. Add Roma tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Add water. Add spices. I chose thyme, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Mash it use an immersion blender for desired consistency. Add organic pasta and cooked lean protein of choice. Absolutely delicious. My entire family ( teenagers included) commented on how good this was. Breakfast burrito. 1. Spray pan. Add fave veggies. Sauté for couple minutes. 2. Mix eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour over top of veggies. 3. Cover with lid until fully cooked. 4. Add small amount of cheese. Place tortilla over the omelette. ... 5. Flip the pan upside down with a lid tightly covered. 6. Place burrito on plate. Add any extra toppings. Avocado. Hot sauce etc. 7. Simple steak salad with sesame scallion dressing. I make my own dressings to avoid preservatives and high sugar. I also try to get a few colours of veggies in my salads. Lean brisket, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, mushroom, lettuce, spinach.
Breakfast wedge. Place ingredients in 4 corners. Then fold in quarters (you will need to score a line down the middle to fold properly)and press in a panini or grill. 2 Eggs. Cheese. Avocado. Tomato. Hot sauce.
