One of the worst things about being in this kind of industry, is the lack of peoples respect. If you have to cancel, totally, things come up! I get it! No show...s, I dont get it!! Everyone's time is valuable. I'm not open everyday, all day. This spa is open by appointment only. Again. Cancellation the day of is 50% of service.
