Riz and Victor did a great job cleaning the dryer vents and bathroom exhaust fans at our small condo building. Several of the vents had bird nests. Riz was ab...le to put wire on the bathroom exhaust vents and special cages that allow proper exhausting around the dryer vents while still protecting from birds. Because of the height of our building we got another quote that came in double the price because they said they would need a lift. Riz was able to do the job with a 50 ft ladder. He was able to provide us with the required docs (business insurance, WCB and a business licence). I would recommend these folks to anyone. Thanks for the great work!!! Mario
