Three ways I over-Deliver to my clients: 1. I always schedule my appointment for two hours, but if you are a past client reading this you know aswell as I know that we can easily go over that timeframe. I always make sure that we have enough time for whatever comes up while in our sessions. You truly are the director of how long we speak in the session. I think it's very important that this space and time is given. This is what is so lacking in allopathic and other f...orms of therapies. For many reasons other kinds of fields are not able to do this, and so I have taken it upon myself to provide this in my space. 2. I always mediate for my personal practice, but I also meditate the day of for each and every client who I have sessions with. This helps me really dedicate time for you, this helps me clear and ground myself and be of support with whatever the energy brings us that day. This takes time and effort on my part to do and I know it's appreciated. It aids in the health journeys of many. 3. I always follow up with you a couple of days after a session and even months after you have done a session with me. I will always reach out to you to see how you are doing. I will always be there to reply to any questions or even be a listening ear at any point in time after our session. I do not treat the end of a session as the end in our connection. Anxiety can be looked at as a bad thing but I believe it can be looked at as a good thing, it's your bodies way of giving you a warning sign that something just isn't right. Validate your anxiety give it the attention it needs, because it is your body trying to get your attention. Give yourself a moment to unravel what this anxiety filled thought is about. Try this next time you are stuck. Next time you have an anxiety filled thought, go to these... three things: 1. Your Thoughts: give yourself sometime to observe your thoughts about the situation at hand, go through your emotions about it and what is your stand point on it. 2. Your Intuition: now give yourself some space and time to go to what your intuition is telling you about the situation at hand? what are the feelings and emotions that pop up? what is your stand point on that? 3. Your Actions: now give yourself sometime to see what your actions are with the situation at hand. What have you actioned out and what are you wanting to action out? What we need to do is align all three to feel at ease of the mind, body and soul. Your body sends out this anxiety signal for many reasons. One of the reason could be that these three things your THOUGHTS, INTUITION AND ACTIONS may not be aligned. If you can somehow find a way to get these three things in alignment then you will see your anxiety about a certain situation at hand will disappear.
