Qualification we are looking for: -10+ years of residential construction and renovation experience -ability to provide high quality finishes -great eye for detail -reliable -hard working -trustworthy -great customer service -positive attitude -good knowledge of the OBC -has working at heights (or ability to obtain prior to starting) -licensed Carpenter (an asset but not mandatory) -has reliable transportation -Can provide own basic hand and power tools in Experience with: -interior renovation -exterior renovations -windows and doors installation -flooring -trim and finishes -cabinetry and kitchen installations -framing -siding/soffit/fascia -decks -additions -tiling (asset but not mandatory) Wage to be determined based on experience and qualifications. Willing to offer great wage for the Right person
