Major disappointment for Vendée Globe skipper Nicolas Troussel, who has dismasted on Corum L’Épargne this morning. The French skipper is uninjured and is in the... process of securing the boat before further assessing the situation. Troussel was in 7th place at the time, and was racing in brisk north-easterly trade wind conditions some 260 nautical miles NW of the Cape Verde islands.
