NEWS! Canada has just announced the 2021 to 2023 Immigration Levels Plan. Canada will target the HIGHEST level of Immigration in its history! See targets below: 1) For 2021: They plan to welcome 401,000 Immigrants... 2) For 2022: 411,000 Immigrants 3) For 2023: 421,000 Immigrants These numbers are record high. Just to give you an idea about this.. There has only been one time when Canada welcomed over 400,000 immigrants in a year and that was back in 1913 when it welcomed 401,000 newcomers. Programs that plan to welcome new immigrants include: - 60% through Economic programs such as Express Entry and the Provincial Nominee Programs - Family Reunification - Refugees - Quebec skilled workers Why is Canada doing this? To offset the negative impact and fiscal impacts of its aging population and low birth rate. In Canada, we have 1 of the world's oldest populations with nearly 18% of its population being age 65 and over. We also have 1 of the world's lowest birth rates (1.47 births per woman to be exact..) There are many challenges for Canada due to these numbers such as the economy, government spending, and these challenges can be solved by welcoming more immigrants that support the labour force and economic growth

Today! Thousands of skilled workers in Canada invited to stay permanently Canada invites 27,332 immigration candidates in this historic Saturday draw via Express Entry on the Canadian Experience Class. The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 75 the lowest CRS requirement ever. You did not read wrong.. 75!!... Today’s draw is proving IRCC’s commitment to achieving its target of 401,000 new immigrants in 2021. IRCC is aiming to welcome 108,500 newcomers through Express Entry-managed programs, according to its 2021-2023 Immigration Levels Plan. Next year that target is going to increase to 110,500, and then to 113,750 in 2023. Canada has given Federal High Skilled programs which are all managed by the Express Entry system the largest share of new immigrant allocations for the next three years.
