UPDATE on the current COVID 19 Pandemic & Payment Plan for Customers struggling financially Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic & the Provincial Government order to shutdown to help stop the rapid spread of this virus, our office will be temporarily closed and our office staff will be working from home instead. We are scheduling service with an anticipated start date of after the Easter Long Weekend so please contact us if you would like to book service and get on our schedule. We recognize that this is a difficult time for many people and there are a lot of people that have been laid off from their jobs or have seen a reduction in their pay and this is creating a financial stress for a lot of people. If you are in this position and you would still like work done on your pool this season, please call us and we will work with you to come up with a payment plan. Our response to the COVID 19 Pandemic As the COVID 19 global Pandemic continues, it is crucial that everyone, businesses included, implement precautions to avoid the rapid spread of this virus. During this difficult period, we are asking our customers to please avoid coming into our office if possible. This will ensure that our office staff remains healthy and not at risk of catching this virus and we can continue to be of service to you. For those customers who use Diplom...at Pools as their retail store, Diplomat Pools is open. We do, however, request that if you are visiting Diplomat Pools, if you can please avoid coming into our office if possible, we would truly appreciate that. During this Pandemic, we are very easily accessible. Judy & Imran are in the office, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm until further notice from our Governments so if you need to discuss issues regarding your pool, looking for a quote or looking to schedule service, you can call our office and speak with one of us or send us an email. We can easily schedule service by phone or email. Don is also easily accessible by email if you would like to discuss your pool with him. Our website is very informative regarding all of our products and services that we currently offer so please feel free to go online to our website. If you are currently considering renovations or repairs to your pool and are in the early planning stages, I would still urge you to give us a call as we can plan via email and phone. All of our contact information can be found below. We are continuing to schedule service and quotes as we normally would. Precautions will be taken by our staff while on site to help stop the spread of this virus. Our equipment and vehicles will be sanitized daily. While on site, we can maintain social distancing while interacting. All our staff carries company provided cell phones, so we can call you and speak with you over the phone if you would much rather stay indoors while we are working in your yard. We can also email quotes and invoices to your inbox rather than leaving paper copies in your mailbox, if you prefer. This is a challenging time for all of us. We are not sure what the future holds and are extremely worried just like you are. Let’s all work together and do our part to help stop the rapid spread of this virus so that we can have a safe and healthy year.
