Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! Sorry it's been a while, but it's been a busy fall season (that's a good thing). We're all being very careful of the virus up here, though the second wave is fully upon us. Those vaccines can't get into circulation soon enough. I hope everyone is staying safe in the meantime. As for me, I've got a few things coming up. I'll be teaching a six-week course with Savvy Authors starting on January 4, about how to take your book from ide...a to finished product. It's called Build a Book, and I think it's going to be really cool. Also, I'm joining two of my best friends and former authors--Leslie Kelly and Julie Leto--in offering a 1-hour brainstorming session for the Romancing the Runoff auction. Good morning! It's been quite a summer, hasn't it? But at least, in my part of the world, things are looking a bit brighter. The virus is still here, but it's not as prevalent as it is in other areas. And I've been able to go kayaking, which always makes me feel better. Work is steady, thanks to my new website--brendachin.com. I'm meeting lots of great authors. And I just got the news that a 6-week workshop I proposed to Savvy Authors--Build-a-Book with Brenda Chin--got accepted and is set to live in January. Check it out, if you have time.
