Day 8 of posting a painting to help brighten your day. "Living on the Edge" was a demo that I did for the Westhills Art Group in Guelph about 6 yrs. ago. This ...was our cottage in Dorset, painted while using no photo reference-just the images in my head. The cliff rock is greatly exaggerated to exemplify how I felt at the time. Life can be overwhelming at times... w/c 1/2 sheet Arches 200 lb. cotton rag paper with rice paper. It won an award at the Etobicoke Civic Centre. Today I nominate Art Cunanen to post something art-related for about 10 days.

I think that this was a demo for a workshop that I gave in Guelph.
