From a customer: Embarrassed to say this but thank God for the pre collision assist. Was in a drive through with auto hold on. Son was in the back throwing a tantrum, leaned back to get him what he wanted and accidentally hit the gas pedal and was in sport mode, the car lunged forward detected the car directly infront of me and then slammed on the brakes for me about 2 CM away from smashing into the car directly infront me. I thought for sure I had just rear ended someone in a drive though but I didn’t thanks to the car.
