I sang this Song ... " Storms Never Last " for my dear friend Lou Paul last Tuesday at the Beach Bash. It was the last song Lou and I sang together in Mexico. We all lost a great man and hero of mine last week after his courageous fight with cancer. Peace and love. Brent

What a great evening it was at Diego's tonight. My first live performance since March 17th. It felt so good to entertain again and for such a wonderful, appreci...ative audience. Wow !!!. This was an intimate dinner show for only 40 people so that we could follow all the protocols and keep everyone safe and happy under the newly renovated section of the Beach Club, which would have protected everyone from the rain... But,the weather God's kept the forecasted rain away Diego and his staff did a fantastic job serving 3 different choices of hot gourmet meals. All the comments on his food were outstanding. And we even threw in a magical Mazatlan sunset for desert. I want to thank Diego Becerra, and all his staff, all of my Brenster Productions staff, and most importantly all of you for coming and supporting this first ever, attempt for me, doing a "Stories behind the songs" Show. And it was an honor to also have a couple Mexican Govt. Dignitaries in attendance as well. Thank you all !!! We look forward to doing more of the these types of shows in the future, as well as Brenster's Beach Bash this coming season. We also raised 2000 pesos from a portion of the ticket sales to be donated to the Mazatlan Food Bank. Which really felt good. So thank you all again !!! Had a great session at Alonso Rangel recording studio today here in Mazatlan, doing the lead vocals for the 3 new songs I've written over the last few weeks. NEW MUSIC COMING !!! Some good things have come out of this pandemic. I'm happy to tell you I have written 3 new songs in the last month and I'm in the process ...now of recording them with my amazing studio team. John Thiel (producer, engineer, guitars, bass, and BG's), Keith Floen ( keyboards) Joey Mcintyre( drums ) and Shirley Lange ( BG'S). Each of these incredibly talented musicians have recording studios in their homes, making it possible with today's technology to record my new songs, even though I'm here in Mexico, and they are all up in Alberta.
