So just to follow up we just received another email letting us know that we actually aren't needing MEDICAL masks in the office !! We do still require masks at all times in the office. We will leave it up to you if it's cloth, homemade or medical!! Thank you !

Just a few new procedures and policies we've changed If you or anyone in your bubble have traveled off VANCOUVER ISLAND please reschedule your appointment for 14 days Also we now require medical mask for entry to the office either N95 or the medical surgical masks. We can provide one if you don't have one.... Thank you :)

For chiropractic patients: You will need to read and sign a questionnaire and consent at the beginning of each appointment. As follows: This applies to you and anyone in your bubble.... That you do not have Covid-19 nor do you have Covid-19 symptoms ( headache, sore throat or pain with swallowing, coughing, fever, sneezing, chills, shortness of breath, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, muscle aches, fatigue, loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, red eyes) That you have not traveled out of the province in the last 14 days. That you have not been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last month. Please also note that reminder calls are a courtesy and it is your responsibility to attend all your appointments even if you do not receive a call. We are implementing a $25 missed appointment fee. Hello everyone ! Hope everyone is doing well. Just to let everyone know that we will be starting to take appointments for chiropractic shortly after the long weekend. Please note we are working on finding the safest way for us and you to be able to make this work so our new normal will be quite different. So it's getting to be that time again, I'm not sure how it came around so quickly. Christmas season is upon us.
