This guys has some serious cocktail skill. This recipe is made using common household ingredients that you likely have in your pantry! "Nan's Pantry" 2 oz of Gin (whatever ya got) 1.5 oz lemon juice 1 oz vanilla simple syrup** Build in the glass, fill with ice. Top with Let’s Jam Strawberry Rhubarb Sour. Garnishwith mint bouquet and fresh cracked pepper. ** vanilla simple syrup - 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. COVID-19 INFO: *Face masks are now required at the brewery for sit-in and take-out service. You must have your face mask on while entering, exiting, waiting in line for take-out service, or when you are going to the washroom. You may only remove your mask after you have been seated at your table. Masks will be available for purchase if you do not have one!... Our new hours are as follows: Mon - Tues 12pm-6pm (takeout only) Wed - Sat 12pm 8pm Sun 12pm 5pm You will now be seated by a host/hostess when you arrive. We will be keeping group sizes to a max of 6 individuals. Please keep 6 feet of distance between you and anyone not in your party The taproom and beer garden will now be table service only. Oktoberfest Lager Were excited to release our newest collab beer brewed with our buds Saltbox Brewing Company! A Marzen style lager that was traditionally drank at Oktoberfest in Bavaria. The 3rd release in our Anniversary Series has landed and its a doozy! Introducing Ol Micks Grapefruit IPA. We brewed a similar beer in 2014 with local homebrewer and mug club member, Mike Morrison, and you have asked about it every summer since then! We took that old memory and breathed new life into it to create a big, juicy IPA to satisfy your cravings!
