Home-grown, grass-roots music festival - a must-see event

Participants took on a 30km bike, followed by a 30km paddle... in this year's Pain in the ASSiniboine race. I was support crew for a couple of participants and of course brought my camera along to capture the fun... #2018PITA

Celebrating 40 years, the Manitoba Marathon kicked off bright and early this morning and runners were greeted with overcast skies and moderate temperatures. After negotiating the road closures, I positioned myself at the footbridge located at the Bridge Drive-In and photographed hundreds of runners as they passed the 1/2 way point of the half marathon.
