Important Update: In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, Sun Life has notified us that clients may no longer come to our office for meetings until fu...rther notice. During this time, we will still be able to hold meetings via two methods: 1. Zoom video conferencing OR telephone This will be the preferred method during this time. Zoom is a very easy option and all that you need is a computer and internet. We email you a link and just like that we are face to face for a meeting. We can still process account updates, presentations, and insurance applications via Zoom. 2. Out of office meetings This is the least preferred option at this time, however if you strongly prefer it we will still hold meetings outside of the office. We ask that you please be sensible, and if you are feeling unwell, someone in your family is unwell, or you have been in contact with someone who is sick, please do not request a meeting out of the office. Please note that your accounts will still be looked after as they always are. This is not a work stoppage on our end. We understand that some of these protocols may seem drastic.
