On Monday July 27th the Ottawa Judo Club started back by having no-contact judo classes outside, using guidelines and protocols developed by Judo Ontario. It was great to get back with everyone.

If you are a member of the Ottawa Judo Club we are having our 2nd live Online Video Class on Thursday, April 8th. We had over 20 participants in the first one and expect more on Thursday. We will be doing classes every Monday’s and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We will be doing a Strenght & Conditioning program with 10 exercies done with 6 groups of supersets. We will then do a presentation on Ouchi Gari with video, analysis and discussion. All OJC members should of recieved a zoom invite. Hope to see all there.

I have sent everyone there classes for the week; Tia Otoshi on Monday and O Soto Gari on Thursday. Don’t forget to do your at home Judo Strenght and Conditioning programs I have sent everyone. You can find all the programs on the Ottawa Judo Club web site under the tab technical. Stay Safe.
