This issues has been top of mind for me in terms of how "Tenants" and "Landlords" are going to deal with this epidemic. As a real estate broker and landlord, lenders need to look at the bigger picture and rethink allowing only Mortgage Deferral for principal residences. The banks need to be united on this front and understand that we are going to be hurting the people that help the most now which are tenants.
