They transformed our third story from old and a little scary to light, airy, and usable. They completed the work within budget, and only a little over schedule (due to weather and space restrictions), and we couldn't be more pleased. The suggestions they made helped us to create a living space that is stylish, while keeping it efficient and functional. Description of the services we provided for this customer: - removed plaster and lath living room ceiling and replace with drywall - Repair and paint living room - Repair and paint kitchen (excluding trim and cupboards) - Repair and paint front hallway, stairwell, and upstairs hallway (excluding trim and doors) The customer's comments about the services we performed: I was originally going to do some living room ceiling repairs on my own over march break while home with the kids. Within a day, it became obvious that the job was larger and more complicated that I had originally anticipated. My very smart and extremely kind wife recognized this fact and sent an email to Hamilton House Painters for an estimate. James called me in less than 1/2 hour and we had an estimate by the following afternoon. Because they had a cancellation we were able to get the work done the following weekend. The work is of professional quality and the painters were very friendly and accommodating. The ceiling actually ended up being an even bigger job than any of us thought and the estimate had to be changed, but Hamilton House Painters gave a very reasonable estimate for the increased work, and then stuck to that estimate even thought the work took significantly longer than anticipated. We are looking at hiring Hamilton House Painters to do some more work this summer and I do recommend them. Craig Foye
