Happy Friday Everyone!! Today begins phase 3 reopening! Although we are super excited to get everyone back in and cleaned up, please remember that it is still a regulation in a Personal Service Settings to wear a mask! You must still wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entry and you are only able to remove your mask during a service around the the mouth or lower face and it must immediately put back on.... Please be respectful of myself and fellow clients and follow the guidelines because I really do not want to be shut down again if a client or myself were to get COVID. With an influx of tourists, (that I am super excited to have here) it only takes one person or case for things to get bad! If you are feeling any symptoms, cough, fever, generally unwell, Id be more than happy to reschedule your apt! If you are unable to wear a mask for the duration of your service we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate the service unless you are the last client of the day, this apt time is hard to come by! Hey everyone! I know how anxious everyone is to have their hair and nails done again, but just a little heads up of what business might look like! In following with the guidelines and regulations set out by the Government of Ontario and the Northwestern Health Unit, business will not be as usual. You will not be able to come in and browse and touch everything, you cannot pick up your own polish, there will be no services on the face at this time, no facials, no face waxi...ng, no lash extensions, the list goes on. We are not able to provide a massage during your manicure or pedicures, we will be masked and so will you, if you do not have your own you will be required to purchase one. If we cannot be 6 feet apart we will probably be wearing goggles and gowns. We cannot all afford staff so we will not be answering the phones and returning messages as quickly, we may have limited hours and availability, prices may increase if PPE also keeps rising and the cost of equipment and disinfectants. There is a lot to prepare for to reopen. We are trying to navigate through this currently, please have patience while we try figure it all out!
