We modelled and carved this king chess piece in solid walnut wood. The top comes off to reveal a space for holding a ring for her king. . Regulating thyroid levels and my weight has been the most challenging. #cancer #necksurgery . Facts: - Women are 3 times more likely to have thyroid cancer than men... - Approximately 1.3 percent of men and women will be diagnosed with thyroid cancer at some point - Since 1970, age-standardized thyroid cancer incidence rates have increased in women from 3.9 to 23.4 per 100 000 - dentists, gynaecologists and family doctors often discover thyroid lumps - everyone should check their neck, lots of great tutorials online for this. If you suspect lumps follow up with your family doctor.
