Our social enterprise cider, Sun Coaster, is now OUT! . Each year we take some of our coast apples and throw them in with apples donated from folks on the coast, from the odd tree in the backyard, from windfalls, and from the apples not eaten at the food bank. . We make our delicious English style traditional cider and then donate proceeds from every bottle sold back to the Food Bank. A full .... . They’re here! Our Dancing Bear 2021 growlers have finally arrived and we them! Is Doc (that’s the name of our bear) dancing to catch a falling apple or just dancing with his dinner?! . GUEST CIDER! Cherry Cascara from our good pals at Sunday Cider. We had a space to fill on our taps and what better way than to show off our other #sunshinecoastbc cider makers! Sunday Cider are now fully up and running in Gibsons and make delicious, interesting and fun cider. The Cherry Cascara has been cold soaked on Cascara: the red fruit around the coffee bean. Subtle hints of coffee, almond and negroni are present. Delicious! Come and get a glass before it’s gone!

Have you tried our Sauvignon cider yet? Aged on Sauvignon Blanc grape skins with a tiny amount of Sauvin hops too, this cider pours as if a white wine. Uncarbonated and with delicious notes of lychee, melon and pineapple. Available at the tap room now and at select private liquor stores.

It’s that time......

Down to our last case of WILD ONE! This is one of our favourites. Wild fermented, using the apples natural yeasts, at low temperature and aged with some French oak chips this cider imparts notes of pear, citrus and straw. Grab it before it’s gawn!

NEW CIDER RELEASE! Back for a third year is our delicious ELDERBERRY & LAVENDER cider. Made in conjunction with our friends at @sclavender_farm this has a deep, dark purple hue with the perfect subtle infusion of lavender floral aroma. Available now in 500ml bottles and growler fills at the tap room and at select private liquor stores next week.

NEW CIDER RELEASE! WILD BLUEBERRY To celebrate the end of #bcciderweek we are releasing this amazing wild fermented cider. Cider, heirloom and culinary apples were cofermented ‘wild’ and then aged for 4 months in Chardonnay barrels along with over 30lbs of blueberries from @coastberrycompany in Powell River. The result is a delicious dry cider with fruity complexity, tannin and a touch of white wine zing. Available on tap and in 750ml bottles at our tap room NOW and bottles in select private liquor stores next week. Cheers!

NEW CIDER RELEASE FOR BC CIDER WEEK! BC cider week is from August 6-16 and to celebrate we are releasing our limited edition, super special cider made in collaboration with @oddsocietyspirits : UNION CIDER: maple whisky cider Made with a blend of cider, heritage and culinary apples.... wild fermented..... then 30% of it was aged in Odd Society maple whisky barrels and blended back in. Notes of sherry, whisky and molasses combine beautifully with with light body and tannins of the wild fermented cider. 5.3% ABV and available at the tap room and coming to select private liquor stores soon. @ The Bricker Cider Company

At the tasting room we’ll be giving BC cider week discounts and releasing 2, yes two, ciders to celebrate this fabulous week of celebrating BC made ciders. Keep an eye on here for more! NEW CIDER OUT NOW. Out now is our French style cider: CHAPEAU BRUN. Made using a traditional French technique called ‘keeving’ the cider fermentation is halted early leaving delicious natural sweetness from the apple juice. 3.7% ABV and full of delicious apples, caramel and toffee notes. Out now at the tap room and select private liquor stores.

NEW CIDER RELEASE! Pilsner-style cider...... Cilsner! Out now is one of our new releases for the summer: our take on a Pilsner beer. A low fermentation temperature has kept the apple aromas low, then a huuuge dry hop of Czech Saaz and German Tettnang hops with a little bittering hops has given this cider a crisp, bite that leaves you feeling like you’re drinking a beer from Bavaria or Czech Republic! 100% gluten free and 5% ABV this is perfect for summer days..... available in 473ml cans at the tap room and coming to select private liquor stores in the next two weeks. Prost!
