Hello everyone, As the K-W region and beyond begins to open up for business, we would like to provide you all with an update on how Brickhouse Guitars is going to be operating during the ongoing pandemic and re-opening plans. We are excited to be back and open but we will need everyone's compliance to operate the storefront in a way the is safe for everyone. We are dedicated to keeping Brickhouse Guitars a healthy and safe place to shop. Our guidelines:... 1. We are a very small store, we will only allow one customer in at a time by appointment only. Please call or email us before arriving to make your arrangments. 2. Masks are a requirement for being present in the store. 3. We have hand sanitizer on hand which must be used before handling any of the instruments. 4. We will be asking you if you are showing any of the symptoms of the virus. Honesty is absolutely key for everyone's safety right now. 5. You will need to have an idea of what instruments you would like to try before you arrive at the store and inform us in advance. We can set up to 5-6 instrument at a time for you. 6. For smaller purchases such as strings, capos, tuners, etc we will only be offering curbside service. You can email or call us to place an order. We can bring the card machine out to you but we would highly recommend that you send an E-transfer beforehand. 7. We are accepting instruments in for repairs. You are required to make an appointment to drop off and to discuss the details of the work needed. We would like to thank all of you in advance for helping keep Brickhouse Guitars a safe place and we look forward to seeing you in the store. Its good to be back!!
